My first year on my health and fitness journey was the hardest. I wish I had someone by my side to guide me through it all. I quickly realised there were two types of hard. The hard I had found myself in the last. Unhealthy, overweight and mentally weak. Or the hard, eating healthy, exercising regularly and working on my mental toughness. Either way it was going to be hard, so I knew which hard I wanted.
As I progressed I found that I wanted share my knowledge of health, well-being and mental toughness with anyone I came into contact with. To reach more people I began posting. Instantly I had people reach out asking many questions on my way of eating, shopping, cooking and exercise. I stayed in contact with followers - our weekly phone calls and messages have helped them continue this journey towards wellness and happiness.
